Platform Setup Checklist

Complete Nova platform configuration before launch

💡 Work through this checklist with your Onboarding Manager in your Stage 2 session. Do not configure the platform independently — your Onboarding Manager will guide each step.

Confirm that the Nova platform is correctly configured before any campaigns are built or launched. Each step must be verified — not just completed.

Section 1 — Account Setup

Nova account created with correct company name and billing details

Admin user confirmed — at least one user with full permissions

All team members who need access have been invited and accepted

User roles and permissions reviewed (who can launch, pause, edit campaigns)

Notification preferences set (email / Slack alerts for replies and meetings)

Section 2 — Sending Account Configuration

Sending email account connected (email address confirmed with Onboarding Manager)

Daily send limit configured — do not exceed 50/day in first 2 weeks

Send window set (days of week + hours — recommended Mon–Fri 8am–5pm local time)

Email signature added to sending account

Test email sent from Nova and received successfully

LinkedIn account connected (if using LinkedIn steps)

LinkedIn daily limits configured per Nova guidelines

Section 3 — Context Box Setup

Context Box created based on Prompt Refinement Worksheet (Asset 02)

Context Box reviewed and approved by Onboarding Manager

Test messages generated and quality confirmed before campaign build

Context Box saved with a clear name for version tracking

Section 4 — Campaign Settings Validation

Default unsubscribe footer enabled and compliant with local regulations

Opt-out list configured (past customers, existing prospects)

Blacklist / suppression list uploaded

Time zone setting confirmed as correct for sending region

Campaign naming convention agreed with team (e.g. ICP_Channel_Date)

Section 5 — Configuration Confirmation

Platform configured by (customer name)
