This guide will help you get started with using Launched. We recommend you take the following steps as a priority, as these will unlock the best features and functionality for you and your team to ensure you get the most value.

Add and configure your team
Your team are crucial so it’s time to get them invited, setup, configured and ready to deliver exciting new ABM experiences for your customers and prospects.
Add new users
Key Steps:
New users can be invited to utilise available seats from within the Launched Admin Centre under Users Users Dashboard | Admin Centre (launchedtech.io)
a. A summary of your plan along with the number of licenses or Seats you have in use, and available will be shown.
2. To invite a new user and utilise any available Seat, simply click on Invite Users
3. Then add the email address for who you want to be invited
4. Decide if you want them to have the role of being a User, or Admin. Those with Admin access get to change permissions and configure system settings. All user’s role settings can be changed at any point from within the Admin Centre.
Once sent you can track who in your team has been notified, the summary pane provides the status and stage of your seat allocations.
By clicking on the Invited Icon this will take you to who has been invited and allow you to re-invite if they have any issues finding the email.
5. Once your team member logs in they will become an active user and at any point you can configure their permissions to access the different Launched modules
*Depending on what pricing plan you are on you may have access to all or some of the modules.
If a team member leaves or if you ever need to re-allocate a Seat for a new user from within your Active user section simply just select the user

Meet Nova and automate your outbound strategy
Nova is your AI-powered sales assistant, here to streamline your outbound campaigns by writing emails, managing follow-ups, and scheduling meetings—saving you time and effort.
Training Nova
The first step is to train Nova on what makes your business unique. This will help Nova personalise her messaging and effectively communicate your company’s value proposition. Think of onboarding Nova as onboarding a new team member. Provide her with key documents, such as:
Company Overview: Your history, mission, values, and product or service offerings.
Sales/Marketing Collateral: Presentations, case studies, success stories, and ideal customer personas.
Branding Guidelines: Logo, colour palette, typography, and brand voice.
Sales Transcripts: Examples of real customer conversations.
Competitor Analysis: Insights into market positioning and competitors.
Pricing Information: Details on models, packages, and discounts.
Use Fine Tune Your Custom Nova | Launched to ask her questions to understand what she’s learned. You can Fine Tune any points for refinement by using the term Remember and then a sentence about your feedback on what to improve or store in her long memory.
Use the Monitor Nova's learning progress | Launched to see of Nova's key learnings in a centralised location and provide updates in the future for newer released document versions. For example you have a new product release so the product document v2 is the updated version.
Campaign Setup
Once Nova is trained on your value propositions you can have her execute campaigns. Each Nova license represents a person to amplify their potential. Before starting a campaign ensure your details are accurately entered under your account settings Account | Admin Centre with the first name surname and a HTML email signature.
Nova can target data from your HubSpot account and Apollo if you have a license. By setting up the integration she can quicky use data from these sources to execute campaigns, therefore review the setup under your Integrations | Admin Centre
She can also target records saved from within Launched so review tool such as Monitor | Launched to save warm records for her to engage (also see the later use guide step Setting up Monitor to gain website traffic intelligence)
She can also target a CSV or any list of prospects (a template can be found by clicking here)
Running campaigns can be executed from Nova | Launched

Key Steps:
Go to Monitor | Launched (launchedtech.io) in the navigation menu.
Install the tracking code on your website to
If using WordPress, use a plugin to add the code to the head.
If not using WordPress, consult a web engineer or developer to add the code.
3. Wait for 24 hours for the code to be installed and start collecting data.
4. Access the monitor page to view the collected data.
View the social handles and company information of the visitors.
Analyse session times, number of pages visited, and breakdown of pages.
Identify the corporate identity of the visitors and their rocket score.
5. Save individual visitors as leads into an audience.
Use the audience management feature to create audiences for retargeting marketing or organic inbound leads.
Add filters to filter visitors by company size, location, etc.
6. Utilize the advanced filtering system to understand your ideal customer profile.
7. Monitor if prospects you are targeting are visiting your website or engaging with your content.
8. Receive notifications for rockets (hot prospects) who have visited your website and are in one of the sections within the launch platform.
9. Utilise Apollo's database to access the same People from the visiting company and save the prospects for re-targeting (read the integration steps by clicking here)
10. If you have multi-site tracking simply select Choose a website to track
Cautionary Notes:
Ensure the track inscript code is installed correctly to avoid tracking errors.
Be patient and wait for 24 hours for the data collection to start.
Double-check the accuracy of the data and verify the corporate identity of visitors.
Tips for Efficiency:
Use plugins or consult web engineers/developers to easily install the track inscript code.
Regularly check the monitor page to stay updated on visitor data.
Use the Slack integration to be notified to your team's channel (read the integration steps by clicking here)
Save potential leads as soon as they are identified to avoid missing out on opportunities.
Utilize the advanced filtering system to quickly find specific types of visitors.
Export data to CSV or Excel files for further analysis or reporting purposes.
Reach out to your customer success manager for any assistance or questions regarding the monitor and rocket pages.
Find companies researching for your products and services using Intent
Key Steps:
Go to Intent | Launched (launched tech.io) in the navigation menu.
Select "Create Company Surge Report" on the launch platform.
Type a title for the report.
Select the industries you want to target (or leave blank to allow for the widest visibility of interested companies)
Select the size of company either number of employees or revenue (we would advise to choose one of the other)
Search for the key topics your target prospects are researching across the Bombora network of ~6k web publications. During your 14 initial setup you will have unlimited ability to choose from the entire range of ~16k intent topics. This is an opportunity to find those most relevant for your business, so please review key pain points, competitor displacement and run as many reports to get a sense for what works best.
a. You can build as many reports and segment the data however you like. For example if you want to choose 1 topic, just for one industry in one country that is absolutely fine.
7. After the 14 days period you will need to select the 10 which are best for your business. You will be directed the select which 10, or you can go to the Intent Topics | Admin Centre (launchedtech.io) within the Admin centre and choose. If you need to make any adjustments, please speak to your customer success manager.
8. Select the countries to target.
9. Review the summary of the report.
10. Click "Generate Report" to generate the report.
11. Review the populated report, which includes company names, domains, industries, company sizes, average scores, topic counts, and movement.
12. Once you generate the report you will be notified when the report is ready and available to view the companies
13. You can then find your report under the Intent module Your intent data | Launched (launchedtech.io)
14. Once you click into your saved report you will have visibility of the companies showing propensity for your topics. The higher the average score and the more topics they have engaged with the more focus you should apply.
15. Bombora’s database refreshes every 30 days. We would advise to re-run the report every month to ensure the hottest companies are captured. To do this just click edit
and click through each step, or adjust to refine your targeting needs.
16. The movement score indicated if that company has become more or less active in their research since the last report. More active means you should apply more focus.

18. The companies you want to priorities efforts with can be selected and saved as an Audience

20. Saved companies in the audience will be enhanced with a Rocket score showing each time their appear on one of your current or future Intent reports.

Connecting LinkedIn
LinkedIn Integration is a powerful tool allowing users to advertise to LinkedIn's audience while gaining the strategic insights into the companies who are showing the best propensity. In a few short steps you can start benefiting immediately to focus your marketing and sales efforts more effectively.
Step-by-Step Guide to Setting Up LinkedIn Integration
Access Settings:
Navigate to your Launched dashboard.
Click on the Settings page.
2. Connect LinkedIn:
Go to the Integrations tab.
Click Connect to link your LinkedIn account.
Complete the OAuth sign-in process through the pop-up.
After signing in, you'll be redirected to the LinkedIn page.
3. Select LinkedIn Add-Ins:
Choose your desired add-ins to integrate.
Launched will provide detailed statistics on your LinkedIn ad accounts, including campaigns, impressions, and clicks.
Maximize Engagement with LinkedIn Data
Historical and Current Data:
View the names of companies that have seen your LinkedIn ads, both historically and in real-time.
Click on a company’s name to analyse impressions and ad clicks.
Export and Retarget:
Download your data as a CSV file or save it as an audience in Launched.
Utilize this data for retargeting within LinkedIn, StackAdapt, or other engagement campaigns.
Reporting
You can create custom reports based on your LinkedIn Ad data directly within Launched to help analyse campaign performance, identify key trends and spot opportunity to optimise potential and increase ROI.

Creating your custom ABM Audience
Audience is where you add your target prospects to gain insight into their propensity for your business to allow you to focus efforts most effectively.
Key Steps:
Go to Audience | Launched (launched tech.io) in the navigation menu.
Click on New Audience list
3. Create a meaningful title based on the target selection or source. You can create an Audience based on your targeting objectives to allow you to continue adding at a later point.
4. Include a description with the detail of your selection so choice so it can remain meaningful for future reference.
5. Save the file by clicking Save Audience
Once you have your saved file, you can add the targets from using tools in the platform or upload your key accounts. Saved accounts will be enriched with a Rocket propensity score. This is found under the Rocket tool.
Rocket
The companies saved in your Audience are attributed with a Rocket score. The score is increased based on their engagement with your brand or Intent targeting. The higher the score, the higher the potential, and such you should priorities marketing and sales efforts.
Visitor score = Has the company visited your website
Intent score = Does the company appear on your Intent report
Campaign score = Does the company appear on your Engagement campaign
Reach score = Does the company appear on your Reach campaign
Accessing your Prospects
Launched has a prospect database compiled from lead intelligence through historic campaign delivery. The records are a snapshot to provide value of interest captured. We advise to cross reference with other databases for an up to date view of the current company the prospect works for.
The easiest way to access the prospects you want to target is through the Prospect section.
Key Steps:
Go to Prospects | Launched in the navigation menu.
Search for elements valuable to your targeting
Select the contacts by clicking to the left of their name
Select the contacts by clicking to the left of their name
Contacts can be exported or saves as an Audience inside Launched
Publish your content
Create awareness and improve SEO ranking for you brand by publishing your blogs, articles and press releases onto Launched Tech news.
Key Steps:
Go to Publish | Launched (launchedtech.io) in the navigation menu.
Click on Create New Post
3. Type or paste in your article title, it cannot be over 10 words
4. Select a featured image
5. Type or paste in your excerpt, this will appear in the article list below the title
6. Type or paste in your article, it must be over 900 words
7. Select a publishing date
8. Enter the authors name, bio and image
9. Enter your tags and company
10. Want to activate boosted features? just drag and drop them in!
11. Once you are finished, click submit and your article will appear on your calendar or be published straight away depending on the publish setting you picked!
Attract decision makers using Programmatic advertising
You can place your digital adverts in front of your target prospects to generate impressions and build demand, or to generate clicks and bring the traffic to your business.
Key Steps:
Go to Reach | Launched (launched tech.io) in the navigation menu. Here you'll find all tools to connect you with your target prospects.
Select StackAdapt, a global leading DSP and enables you to execute programmatic Display and Native paid campaigns across the web.
