Workbench: Email Activity Management

The Workbench displays all email-related activities in one view. It allows users to monitor conversations, review received emails, and manage ongoing outreach efficiently.

The Co-Pilot feature enables users to review, edit, and approve AI-generated messages before sending, ensuring message quality and consistency.

Key functions:

  • Review and approve messages via Co-Pilot

Inbox: Centralized Communication

The Inbox organizes communication into Inbox, Sent, and Co-Pilot sections. It supports both email and LinkedIn messages, allowing users to manage conversations from a single dashboard.

  • Read and reply to emails

  • Manage LinkedIn messages

  • Track sent and approved messages

Campaigns: Outreach Campaign Management

The Campaigns section lists all created campaigns. Each time a new campaign is launched, it appears here, making it easy to monitor and manage outreach at scale.

  • Track campaign setup and execution

Nova Live: Joint Calling Feature

Nova Live allows users to make joint calls directly from Launch.

Monitor: Website and Ad Engagement Tracking

The Monitor section provides insights into audience engagement across your website. If LinkedIn ads are active, engagement data from those campaigns is also visible here.

Outbound: Campaign Creation

The Outbound section is used to create and send campaigns to selected audiences. This is where users design outreach flows and define messaging strategies.

Inbound: Lead Capture and Automation

The Inbound section connects dynamic and static CRM forms directly to Launch, allowing leads to flow automatically into the platform.

Common use cases include:

  • Gated content on landing pages

  • Webinar registrations

  • Event sign-ups

Prospects can be automatically enrolled into sequences and reminded based on their activity or interests.

  • Automate lead nurturing

  • Trigger event-based sequences

Prospects: Contact and Company Database

The Prospects section stores all contact and company records. When HubSpot integration is enabled, records sync between Launch and the connected CRM.

Prospect Types

  • Audience: Custom lists used to push prospects into live campaigns

  • Contacts: Database storing individual contact information such as email details

  • Companies: Database storing company-level information, including addresses

Key function:

  • Centralized prospect management and segmentation

Dialer: Built-In Calling Tool

The Dialer enables users to place calls directly from Launch. It also supports parallel dialling , helping teams reach multiple prospects more efficiently.

Nova: AI Training and Knowledge Management

The Nova section allows users to train the AI by uploading documents and reviewing stored knowledge. Documents can be searched, and feedback can be used to improve AI accuracy.

Content Syndication: Reach Interested Prospects

Content Syndication is a service offered by Launch to promote marketing content to prospects who have already shown interest. This helps generate high-intent leads.

Publish: Free Content Distribution Tool

The Publish section is a free tool that allows users to create posts and upload catalogs or articles for visibility on Launch Tech News (not public platforms).
