This article explains each icon available in the top-right corner of Launch and how it supports everyday platform usage.

Notification Bell: System Alerts & Updates

The bell icon highlights system notifications. It alerts users when there are important updates or actions that require attention.

Examples include:

  • A new team member being invited to use a license

  • System-generated notifications and updates

All recent notifications can be viewed directly from this section.

Rocket Icon: Hot Prospect Signals

The rocket icon is designed to show hot prospects—users who have visited your website and triggered sales signals through the Sales Signal package.

Please note:

  • This feature is currently under development

  • Users will be notified once the rocket feature is fully ready for use

Settings (Admin Center): Platform Configuration

The clock icon takes you to the Admin Center, where all configuration settings are managed. This section allows administrators to control company-level settings and customize how Launch is used across the organization.

Telephone Icon: Speed Dial Access

The telephone icon provides quick access to calling features, acting as a speed dial for easy and efficient calling directly from the platform.

Help Center: Documentation & Support

Located between the Co-Pilot and the telephone icon, the Help Center gives access to:

  • Platform documentation

  • Feature explanations

  • Searchable help articles

If users need clarification on features such as campaigns or context boxes, they can easily search for relevant information. For additional support, users can also reach out via email directly from this section.

Light & Dark Mode: Interface Customization

Launch offers both light and dark modes to suit user preferences:

  • Moon icon: Activates dark mode

  • Sun icon: Switches back to light mode

This allows users to adjust the interface for comfort and visibility.

Exit Option: Log Out of Launch

To exit the platform, users can simply click the exit option available in the top-right navigation, allowing for a quick and secure logout.

Summary

The top-right navigation in Launch is designed for ease of access, offering notifications, settings, calling shortcuts, help resources, and display customization in one place. These tools ensure users can manage their work efficiently without interrupting their workflow.

For any questions or additional support, the Launch team is always available via email.
