Getting your messages to your prospects is vital, sometimes things get in the way.

If you have noticed a high bounce rate of more than 5% on your campaign then time to look into what can be causing the issue. If you have more than 10%, time to take immediate action.

Always notify you customer success manager who can support you resolve and improve campaign performance.

Here are a few check points to rectify things:

  • Check the data is aligned in the database. So when importing review has the email field been populated correctly. Undergo a simple check on the Audience tab and take a visual scan of the prospects.

    • If there is an issue you can clone the campaign from the Campaigns section and just add new data.

  • Under the Sequence click on the sequence step and the progress box, if you notice every email has failed to send, this indicates there could be a connection issue.

    • First check the data, emails will fail if the data quality is no good.

      • If the fails are consecutively failing and you feel the data is good, then re-connecting your mailbox will resolve. The failure will show from which mailbox the failure occured. First stop the campaign under the Sequence tab, so toggle as Inactive.

        • To re-connect your mailbox go to your Nova settings https://app.launchedtech.io/app/settings/directory/nova > email

          • Remove and then connect again. If a personal email, completely remove and go through the password setup

        • Reactivate the camapign.

        • You can then re-send the emails to any failures using the symbol below:
