Connecting your personal Microsoft email boxes

By creating additional Microsoft accounts each user can have Nova send more emails and scale their ability to connect with more prospects. We restrict to 100 sends per day per mailbox to optimise deliverability.

You can connect the email you use on a day to day basis. Only the emails related to a Nova campaign will be logged inside the platform.

Additionally your administrator can create more mailboxes using your o365 account. So imagine connecting X2 boxes, this is 200 emails per day. Speak with your customer success manager for the volume you need to support your objectives.

The authentication settings are controlled by your company policy setup. For example when adding a new mailbox the Microsoft Authenticator app could be required.

The Connection

The process is straight forward - once logged in under the user's account go to Nova | Admin Centre > Emails > Personal Email Addresses > Connect a new email

A tool called Unipile supports the integration and as such here is the List of provider features, so what the integration request is for if an administrator want to know:

Getting started. Getting Started; API Usage; Setup an SDK. Node.js SDK; List of provider features; Provider Limits and Restrictions; Accounts. Connection methods

Launched is currently going through a process to be added to the Azure application gallery and as such an unverified notification may come up. This is not something to be worried about.
