Who is Nova?
Nova is like your co-worker. She is there to represent you and the settings are to align as per your preferences.
Within the Admin centre you can refine Nova's settings to align to your requirements.
1. Working Hours-
Here you can set when the emails will be sent so that the prospect experienced is aligned to your structure.
If you want to target international time zones, just adjust the working hours to accommodate.
2. Sending Limits-
Invites represents how many LinkedIn invitations you want Nova to support you with. LinkedIn has the capacity for 30, so if you would like to retain some refine the volumes
Messages covers how many LinkedIn messages you would like Nova to use. LinkedIn has a maximum of 100
Emails are for all of your email boxes. So each of your integrated Nova email boxes can send 100 per day.
The email is about any mailbox which is connected, we cap at 100 messages per day to avoid being picked up by spam filters, Nova send a message every 5 minutes to provide a human feel. You can bring it down if you would like.
3. Voice Training-
Nova gets prepared as per your voice to generate Linkedin voice messages, Parallel dialling and AI sales calling (sales calling features are currently under test available only manually).
Hit the (+) button → select a provided text sample.
Click Record → read aloud → Save.
Record at least 20-30 samples (or at least 10).
After recording, click Clone. Nova will train within 24 hours. Clone is where you then submit the samples to produce your digital clone.
After training, click Edit (where you can refine the settings).
Use "Generate some audio to test your settings" to hear your own voice!
4. Emails
These are your linked email boxes. You can quickly remove any by using the toggle.
You can connect:
5 sister-domain emails (need 3–4 weeks warming up), OR
Personal email (recommended) for instant setup.
Up to 2 personal accounts can be connected for free.
5. Unsubscribe-
This is where prospects have unsubscribed from your email campaigns.
Nova will automatically remove any prospects who opt out from the email sent. This means you don’t need to think about any data work to set up new campaigns.
If at any point you want to manually remove someone, you can just paste their details including their LinkedIn URL and manually unsubscribe them.
