Third-Party Setup Checklist
Configure external integrations before going live
❌ Complete all items before your system goes live. Your Onboarding Manager will verify each item in your setup session. Do not attempt to launch without completing this checklist.
Verify that all external tools, domains, and integrations are correctly configured before Nova begins sending. Incomplete setup is the most common cause of deliverability issues.
Section 1 — Email Domain & Deliverability
| Sending domain purchased and set up (not your primary company domain) |
| SPF record added and verified (use MXToolbox to confirm) |
| DKIM record added and verified |
| DMARC record added and set to at least p=none |
| Domain warming has been started or completed (minimum 2 weeks recommended) |
| Sending email address created on the new domain (e.g. [email protected]) |
| Email account connected to Nova platform — connection test passed |
Section 2 — LinkedIn Setup
| LinkedIn profile is complete and professional (photo, headline, summary) |
| LinkedIn profile belongs to the correct sender (not a generic account) |
| LinkedIn Sales Navigator active (if using) |
| LinkedIn account connected to Nova platform — connection test passed |
| Daily connection request limit understood and configured in Nova |
Section 3 — CRM Integration
| CRM confirmed and integration decision made (native / Zapier / manual) |
| Nova-to-CRM sync tested with one test contact |
| Pipeline stage mapping complete (Nova stages = CRM stages) |
| CRM owner briefed on Nova lead flow and tagging |
