You’ve put in the work: built the audience, crafted the perfect sequence, and hit Launch.
But instead of seeing emails and LinkedIn steps going out… everything just sits in Pending.
Frustrating? Absolutely.
Unfixable? Not at all. Here’s how to get things moving again.
Why Campaigns Get Stuck
When campaigns stay in Pending, it usually comes down to one of these common issues:
Disconnected Inbox – If your sending inbox isn’t connected, nothing can be delivered.
Inactive Send Window – Campaigns only run during their scheduled time window. If it’s outside that window, steps will queue until it opens again.
Daily Send Limits Hit – Once you reach your daily limit, sending pauses until the next day.
No Eligible Contacts – If your audience only contains bounced, unsubscribed, or already-finished contacts, there’s nothing to send.
The Fix: Step-by-Step
Follow this checklist to troubleshoot quickly:
1. Reconnect Your Inbox
Go to Settings → Integrations → Email.
If your inbox shows as Disconnected, click Reconnect.
2. Verify Campaign Schedule
Open your campaign and check the Schedule tab.
Make sure the send window includes the current time.
3. Check Send Limits
Confirm your daily send limit is high enough. If it’s too low, increase it so more messages can go out each day.
4. Review Your Audience
Open the Audience tab.
Ensure you have eligible contacts (not bounced, unsubscribed, or already finished).
5. Resume the Campaign
If your campaign was accidentally paused, hit Resume to restart sending.
When to Escalate
If your inbox is connected, your send windows and limits look correct, and everything is still stuck in Pending after 24 hours, it’s time to escalate. Contact support and share the campaign link so they can investigate.
Pro Tip
Make it a habit to check your inbox connection and campaign schedule before launching new campaigns. A quick two-minute review can save hours of wondering why nothing is sending.
