Telephone calling within Launched

You can use Launched to make your outbound calls and connect with your prospects easily from inside the platform.

The dial pad is quick to access from your top icons:

And simple to use functions:

It is perfect for sales teams and handy for quick access to hot prospects leads. This can also be included as a call step

As many telephone numbers can be purchased as needed, so can scale up and down to meet your resource requirements. The line lease is Β£10 per month.

For your first number simply go to the Admin help centre Dialer | Admin Centre

  1. Complete the Compliance form with the company information for which the phone line will be leased against.

2. Click "Get a Dialer Number"

3. Select the User you want to allocate the number with (this can be changed at any point in the future)

4. Set the user with Call Recording to listen back to the conversations. Included in the setup is the full history of all interactions as well as the ability to download the conversations. Also if you have purchased the Parallel dialling this can switched on under the Organization tab.

5. Purchase call minutes. This can be done either from the Billings section or the money symbol at the top of the page

Charges are 5p per minute to make calls. `
